2002In A Strategic Vision To Expand Into Emerging Markets, Jubailiʼs 3Rd Generation Launched Jubaili Agrotec And Penetrated The West African Market By Establishing An Agrochemical Distribution Entity First In Nigeria In 2002
2014Mr. Jubailiʼs 3rd generation launched Jubaili Agrotec in Ghana in 2014
2015After successfully launching operations in West Africa, the company expanded its distribution platform to East Africa and established its first entity in Uganda in 2015, followed by Tanzania in 2016 and Kenya in 2017. This allowed Jubaili Agrotec to diversify its geographical footprint and have a wider customer base within the African continent.

With over than 10 years of experience in co-founding and managing businesses across several industries, Wissam Jubaili has been leading the Jubaili Agrotec Group (JAG) since its inception in 2002.
His leadership skills are complemented by his extensive experience in sales, after working as a Sales Director at Jubaili Agrotec from 2004 to 2007.
Wissam holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in General Business at Excelsior College in New York, U. S., where he gained exceptional skills in negotiation, business management, and delegation.
Wissam carried the business expansion strategy throughout the years, his substantial expertise in cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, and leadership are the result of the key roles he played in the establishment of Zircon Development and a managing partner at both Jubaili Agrotec Group and Jadestone.
Board MemberLara Jubaili
With over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, management, budgeting, analytical finance, and global purchasing. Lara graduated from the Lebanese American University (LAU) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Her extensive academic background and exceptional skills enable her to achieve the title of Certified Director from IFC in 2021. In 2004, Lara became one of the co-founders of Jubaili Agrotec in Africa and contributed to the substantial growth, expansion, and success of the parent company, Jubaili Agrotec Group (JAG).
Since 2020, Lara has been working with shareholders to take Jubaili Agrotec Group (JAG) to the next level, from a family business to a global brand.
Independent Board MemberAmin Nasser
He is an ex-PwC senior Partner in the UAE and was with the firm in Dubai and London for over 35 years. Amin is also the Senior Adviser for the PwC Middle East Entrepreneurial and Private Clients and leads the firm’s Family Business Forum in the region, responsible for developing the firm’s activities in Family Business Advisory. Amin was also a member of the PwC Middle East Leadership team and a director in the PwC Middle East Region Board.Amin’s experience with Family Businesses in the Middle East is considerable. Over the last 30 years, he has worked with a large number of Families advising them on key Family issues such as Continuity, Succession Planning and Conflict Management. He has also helped these Families establish their Ownership governance and their Family Constitution or Protocols. Amin is a regular speaker at Family business conferences and forums and a regular contributor to a number of business media and magazines. He also has a wide range of business advisory and corporate finance experience gained in the UAE and in the UK in a variety of business sectors.

Ali Wehbe is the CEO of Jubaili Agrotec Group, he joined the group in 2013 and has since held several managerial positions, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the industry.
Ali graduated from the Lebanese American University (LAU) in 2004 holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Master’s degree in Business Administration 2006.
As CEO, Ali has been a driving force behind the company's success and growth. He has been instrumental in leading the transformation of the group into a dynamic and innovative organization.
